I am an advocate who practices in the areas of Consumer Protection, Elder Care, Estate and Life Planning, Contracts, and General Law. My practice deals with personal planning, counseling, and representation. Since life and end-of-life decisions can be intimidating and frightening, I make it a practice to spend time counseling my clients, and communicating to make sure my clients are at ease with the contents and intent of the estate documents that I am preparing on their behalf.

The Consumer Protection component of my practice addresses the gamut of consumer problems, including scams and frauds that are perpetrated at an alarming rate. Consumer Protection is a very fluid and dynamic area of the law.  As we become more technologically advanced, the climate becomes riper for consumer crimes, scams, and violations. It is the mission of my practice to protect my clients’ consumer rights, and to insure that their financial survival, health, safety, and quality of life are advanced.
